Information We Collect:

Oklahomans for Anthony only gathers personally identifiable data, such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by a visitor through our online campaign contribution form.

Campaign Contribution Forms:

State Ethics Commission rules reqiure Oklahomans for Anthony to collect and make public the following information about our contributors: Name, Mailing Address, Occupation and Employer, Contribution Amount and Contribution Date.

Other personal information (Cardholder Data), including credit card numbers, submitted to make a credit card contribution to Oklahomans for Anthony is submitted through an encrypted server hosted by Authorize.net and processed by First Data. 

During the course of providing gateway and processing services, Authorize.net and First Data may disclose Cardholder Data to banks, processors, credit and debit card organizations and associations, and other financial institutions that are involved in the course of effecting the transaction represented by the Cardholder Data.  They will not disclose Cardholder Data to any third party, except to facilitate and complete transactions submitted to them by Oklahomans for Anthony, or to comply with federal, state and local laws or the rules and regulations of the respective card organizations or other payment entities (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
